Our Wedding Coordinators work to safeguard the respectful use of St. Vincent's Church and to assist the couples planning their wedding at their rehearsal and on the day of their wedding. They act as hostesses by providing a welcoming presence to the soon-to-be-wed couple, their guests, and the family and friends who gather for the celebration of the wedding. The coordinator assists the presider of the liturgy by addressing the practical duties which arise in the planning of a Catholic wedding.
The role of the coordinator is to assist the priest or deacon in their work as the pastoral ministers of the sacrament. The pastor bears overall responsibility for the manner of the celebration of the sacraments. The coordinator, thus, works under the supervision.
